The coaching staff of OTA consists of 50 former players in the Cameroon circuit volunteering at a symbolic compensation of $ 2 per hour. This is destined to help the program get to its feet. These coaches have other pre occupations but devote their time twice or sometimes thrice a week to run OTA centres. The centres usually have activities on Wednesdays and Saturdays but others have volunteere who add Sundays which give their kids more time to play. A coaching seminar is usually held at the beginning of each season where strategies are revised and clinics held to keep the coaches updated with advances in the field.
